Drain and season with salt. Homemade Hummus 1 can chickpeas, drained 2 tbsp tahini 2 to 3 tbsp aquafaba Juice of 1/2 lemon 1 garlic clove 1 tsp olive oil Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper Add everything to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Add a little more aquafaba if needed. Homemade Salsa 4-5 tomatoes 1/3 red onion 1 handful cilantro Juice of 1/2 lime 1 garlic clove Pinch of salt Dice everything finely, mix together in a bowl, and season to taste. Homemade Guacamole 2 avocados 3 tbsp chopped red onion 1 handful cilantro Juice of 1/2 lime 1 tomato Pinch of salt Mash the avocado, then mix in the onion, cilantro, lime juice, tomato, and salt. Tahini Dressing 1/2 cup tahini 4 tbsp lemon juice 10 tbsp water (5 fl oz) 1.5 tbsp maple syrup 2 small garlic cloves 1 tbsp nutritional yeast 1 tsp onion powder 1 to 2 tsp grainy mustard 1/2 tsp salt, then more to taste Pinch of pepper Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust water as needed for consistency. Homemade Oat Milk 1 cup oats, rinsed first 4 cups cold water Pinch of salt Add everything to a blender and blend briefly. Strain through a nut milk bag.
